FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tampa, FL — January 23, 2026 — Unified Systems Intelligence (USI), a leader in AI-driven workforce and operational systems, today announced that it has joined the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF), a neutral, open-governance initiative under The Linux Foundation dedicated to fostering open standards, interoperability, and collaborative innovation in agentic artificial intelligence.
The Agentic AI Foundation was created to guide the transparent and cooperative evolution of agentic AI ecosystems — autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and acting across complex task workflows. Its launch brings together a broad set of organizations and foundational technologies, including contributions such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP), goose, and AGENTS.md, anchored to ensure shared governance of next-generation AI tools and standards.
"As AI moves beyond narrow models toward coordinated, autonomous agents, industry-wide collaboration and open standards are essential," said Fred Arnold, Co-Founder of Unified Systems Intelligence. "USI's membership in the Agentic AI Foundation reflects our commitment to contributing our operational expertise to working groups focused on MCP architectures and shared protocols — and to advocating for responsible, effective AI integration across enterprise systems."
As part of the Agentic AI Foundation, USI will collaborate with industry peers, developers, and open source communities to:
By engaging with these working groups, USI aims to help shape the foundational infrastructure that enables secure, scalable, and interoperable agentic AI across industries — from telecom and infrastructure to compliance automation and enterprise operations.
In addition to technical contributions, USI will work within the AAIF to raise awareness about responsible AI methodologies and agentic design best practices. This effort supports broader industry understanding of effective AI deployment — particularly as autonomous agents play larger roles in business workflows and decision automation.
"Agentic AI offers powerful capabilities," Arnold continued, "but we need shared standards and community-driven governance if we are to embed these technologies into business operations in ways that are safe, predictable, and aligned to organizational goals. USI is committed to helping advance both the technology and the understanding required for its successful adoption."
The Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) is an industry initiative housed under The Linux Foundation that provides governance, open standards, and collaborative infrastructure for the burgeoning field of agentic artificial intelligence. Anchored by contributions from leading open-source projects — including MCP (Model Context Protocol), goose, and AGENTS.md — the foundation aims to ensure transparent evolution of agentic AI technologies that are interoperable and accessible to developers and enterprises alike.
Unified Systems Intelligence (USI) develops enterprise-grade SaaS solutions under the Unify brand to help organizations manage, verify, train, and deploy workforce talent across complex operational environments.
